Here’s How to Order:

• First: read over these details, check out the basic price charts, and fill out the form below.

• Once we review your info we will email you to confirm details, give you a price quote, and an estimated completion date.

  • If you’re ordering a portrait of any kind, a clear photo of the subject will be required. Can’t be too dark or blurry.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work on the project begins. This deposit covers the initial supplies and time to begin your particular work of art. 

• The full remaining balance is due once the project is complete. Full payment is required before shipment or pick-up.

• In the comment section of the form, include any preferences you have for your piece.

  • For portraits: Special details such as favorite toy, paw print, etc. (pictures of these items must be included) Do you want to add a name or a date? Preferred background color?, etc.

  • For other custom art: include themes, color schemes, as many details as possible!

• If you have a deadline, please select the desired arrival date in our form. Please keep in mind that custom pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks for completion- maybe longer if you want a more detailed piece.

• Custom orders will be completed in order of submission and paid deposit. First come, first serve.

• Payment via PayPal or credit/debit card.

• We will keep a copy of all custom artwork for use in our artist portfolios. 

• We may use some custom designs as art prints. This does not include portraits or memorials.

• Once the project is completed, you have up to 3 months from the completion date to finalize payment. Unless other arrangements are made, projects abandoned after the 3 month mark will be sold with no return of your deposit.

• I, the creator, hold all the rights to the final image/creation. This just means that I can sell prints, stickers, etc. of any design I create. You cannot resell or distribute copies of the image. 

• By filling out the request form and/or paying a deposit, you agree to all of the above.
