Portrait & Custom Art Requests

We would love to do custom art for you!

Here are a few details you need to check out and then you can fill out our request form below.

  • Once we receive and review your form we will email you to go over details and to give you a price quote and estimated completion date.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work on the  project begins. This deposit covers time spent sketching out and designing your particular piece and the initial supplies required to begin the project. 

  • The remaining balance is due upon finishing of project.

  • If extra details or changes are desired by the client once the project has been completed, an add-on fee will be required.

  • In the comment section of the form, include as many details as you like! Include any preferences you may have for your piece.  Any specific themes? Elements? Do you want to include any words or a date? Any desired color scheme?

  • If ordering custom hand-crafted resin magnets the sizes, colors, and patterns will vary. 

  • If you have a deadline, please select the desired arrival date in our form.

  • Unless a rush is needed, custom orders will be completed in order of submission and deposit. As in first come, first serve.

  • Payment via PayPal or credit/debit card.

  • We will keep a copy of all custom artwork for use in our artist portfolios. We may use some custom designs, unless personal to the client, as art prints and featured on/in our printed goodies.

  • Once the project is completed, the client has up to 3 months from the completion date to finalize payment. Unless other arrangements are made, projects abandoned after the 3 month mark will be sold with no return of your deposit.

  • By filling out our request form and/or paying a deposit, you agree to all of the above.
